Here's a checklist of all you need to do to register for classes for the semester:

• Verify your area of study

  • Many students change their area of study. Update your information using this form.

• Make sure you know your 澳门赌场 id and password

  • Visit the Help Desk for assistance with your 澳门赌场 ID and password or other technology issues.

• Check MAP (My academic plan) and make a plan

  • Students can review the remaining course requirements for their program by accessing MAP in my澳门赌场 or Self-Service. Find instructions and more information here.
  • Watch a video about how to read your MAP here.
  • Watch a video showing how to build a Plan for future classes here.

• Review the schedule of classes

  • Use the searchable online version.
  • Select courses based upon your program of study. Find program requirements and model schedules for 澳门赌场 degrees and certificates here.
  • Do this before meeting with your advisor.

• Meet with your advisor

  • Contact the Advising Center at (231) 995-1040, schedule an appointment online in MySuccess or check MAP to view your assigned advisor.
  • Are you a first-semester student? An advisor meeting is required.
  • PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. Have some course selections and a list of academic questions ready prior to your appointment.

• Organize your financial aid

  • Find FAFSA info at fafsa.ed.gov.
  • You can complete FAFSA in October for the NEXT academic year. The financial aid year runs August to August.

• Find out when to register via self-service

  • All students are assigned a registration start time based on earned credit hours.
  • To find your time, log into Self-Service, select "Student Records" and then "View Your Academic Transcript". Your assigned registration time will be at the top of your transcript.

• Register for classes

• Pay for classes

  • To pay for classes, log into Self-Service, select "Student Billing" and then "Student Account Center".

• Planning to graduate or transfer?

  • Review degree requirements here.
  • Apply for your degree -- you can do this one semester BEFORE you will graduate.
